The Virtual Office:

• Has been in business since 2005.
• Is a personal service company. We are here to help.
• Has never increased the monthly fee to any client.
• Will never share your company or personal information with anyone.
• Clients with multiple accounts will receive a $5 per month discount on each account.
• Clients who pay annually will receive a $5 per month discount.
• We have NO hidden or additional fees. (We do charge postage, envelope, label when mail is remailed).
• We do not charge a set-up fee or late fees.

The Virtual Office Agreement is month-to-month with a 30-day notice required by either party to terminate. Each Client Account may have additional companies and user names at no additional cost.

The Virtual Office provides Virtual Office services at an affordable price. Services include:

• Use of our commercial address
• Posting any license that you have in our office
• Receiving and forwarding mail to you per your preference

Virtual Office services with a private individual suite number is available for $45.00 per month. Our agreement is month-to-month. A one-month notification is required by either party to cancel services.

Attached is a copy of our agreement. Please take a look at The Virtual Office Agreement to see if it suits your needs. You can contact The Virtual Office 7 days a week for answers to questions you may have. The Virtual Office Agreement as a Word Document will be sent to you upon request. You can print the agreement or fill it out online and send it to tvolvn@gmail.com to start your service immediately.

We will collect mail at our commercial Las Vegas address using your company name or personal name. Mail will be forwarded to you by regular mail, scanned and emailed to you, or it can be picked up in person, per your preference.
